Can we really tell creationists by their political party?
From this New Scientist article, quoting Jon Miller of of MSU:
“The US is the only country in which [the teaching of evolution] has been politicised,” he says. “Republicans have clearly adopted this as one of their wedge issues. In most of the world, this is a non-issue.”
I mean, we can’t actually tell conservatives by their political party, so I can’t imagine how we’d do any better identifying creationists that way.
