After bashing city residents yesterday, I’m happy to talk up one segment of the citizenry that definitely deserves to be part of what Philadelphia could offer.

Philly is fortunate to have PennPraxis…and I feel fortunate to find this nifty article on some ideas about what to do with the mess that is I-95. The Cap at Union Station is one such cool idea — imagine dining at a sidewalk cafe at the end the Market Street? You might vaguely remember that there is a superhighway under your feet, but you’d probably not even hear it.
I’ll have to remember to keep checking that site.
