As I somewhat expected, the consensus opinion is that we need to bury I-95 in order to save Philadelphia.
If Philadelphia could do such a thing — and restore its shattered downtown in the process — then I will take back everything bad I’ve ever said about this crummy, corrupt, godforsaken, hellmouth of a city.
