A quick little test to see if my darling wife, Alyson, reads my blog.
I just saw this take from Glenn Reynolds on the Flip USB camcorder. The reviews look good, but at $150 it is outside the realm of my whim budget (although I saved a lot recently by making my own coffee at work…hmmm).
Then I went to Target.com on a separate errand to find that they have the 60-minute white Flip in stock and on sale for $99. And the Ultra model for $139.
My parents were kind enough to buy us a nice DVD camcorder when Julia was born, but to be honest, I hate using it. The discs last 20 minutes and they’re a pain to upload — not to mention that the damn thing never seems to charge (usually my fault, of course).
I’m going to bite the bullet and get the Ultra, the orange one. Apologies in advance, Aly.
