How and Why Wonder

I used to love these books, with which I learned how and why to wonder.

We must have had a dozen or so from the series, including this insect title. They were Q&A-style if I recall. This and the book entitled, I believe, “1001 Facts” were designed to keep me from pestering them with incessant questions, already.

They’re probably hopelessly out of date but, knowing my mother, they’re still in the house somewhere. More pointless nostalgia hanging on the Indiana Jones tip.

Oh I loved those books! I used “Color and Light” to design a kaliedoscope for my 3rd grade science project (OK, so Dad executed the design). I think mine are still in the attic, too.
