Sure, when you find a metal watch with “Swiss” engraved on the back in an unopened 400 year-old tomb, it is easy to assume time travel. That’s thinking small, however, either a 400 year-old Swiss guy dropped it recently or…well…the tomb hasn’t been exactly sealed for all the last 400 years.
What do I think? I think the Chinese were making counterfeit watches in the 17th century.
My prediction, though, is that someone lost a watch more recently than 400 years ago. I also predict that we won’t hear the follow up to this story.
