For Christmas, my beloved wife gave me something I’ve wanted for a long time, a Sony Reader. (Reader, Kindle, whatever, I just wanted something.)
So, I’ve been churning through the written word at a rate I haven’t approached since I gave up my train commute last January. I’ve plenty of e-books saved up in anticipation of getting a reader device of some sort, and right now I’m going through my collection of the complete works of Rex Stout. I’m only on Fer-de-lance, for you Nero Wolfe lovers out there, but I ran into a quote that suits me and my interests. It came from Archie, but he was paraphrasing his boss…
